Using Journeyman Form

Journeyman Form collects candidate profiles for recruiting consideration. An application or skilled-trades interest registration is not a job offer and does not guarantee employment, a union referral or project eligibility. Any jobsite, pay or availability information should be confirmed with your recruiter before making arrangements.

Your application and documents

Provide accurate information about your experience, qualifications and availability, and update it when circumstances change. Upload only documents you are entitled to provide and that are relevant to your application. Do not submit another person’s private information without permission, or use the site to send abusive content or interfere with other users.

If you create an account, keep your password private. Recruiters may ask you to clarify an answer or provide supporting evidence. Staff corrections are attributed and preserve the original answer and edit history.

SMS / text messaging

Program: Journeyman Form recruiting texts. Where texting is enabled, messages may concern your application, missing details, availability or relevant job opportunities. Automated replies and follow-ups may be used when that service is enabled. These terms do not mean automated texting is currently active.

Consent: Recruiting SMS is optional and uses the separate text-message consent choice, not simply your submission of an application or your acceptance of these terms. You can apply without opting into recruiting texts. Provide a mobile number you control and review your communication preferences in the candidate dashboard.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies with recruiting activity and your conversation. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Check with your carrier about charges.

Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out of recruiting texts. You can also turn off Text messages in your candidate dashboard and save that preference. Opting out of texts does not delete your application or change your email preferences.

Help: For questions about a recruiting text, contact the recruiter using the contact details in their correspondence. You can also sign in to review your application and communication preferences. An automated HELP response is not currently promised by this page.

Delivery: Text delivery depends on your carrier and service availability and may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on a text message as confirmation of a job assignment, start date or travel arrangement; confirm those details directly with your recruiter.

Privacy and changes

The Privacy Policy explains candidate information, uploaded files and recruiter use. Changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised date. Posting updated terms does not itself grant permission to send recruiting texts.
